In July, sales of single family homes in Wyckoff, NJ totaled 19 according to the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service. For all the homes that sold in July, the average list price was $722,684 and the average sold price was $673,248. On average home sales in July were selling at about 93.159% of their original list price. For the listings that sold, the average # of days they were on the market was 79. This number has come down over the past couple months. In May, the average # of days for sold listings was 102.
As of August 3rd, there are 78 active listings in Wyckoff. Inventory has been pretty consistent in Wyckoff over the last couple months.
